Transportation

  • Shuttles provided for all evening events and activities. Please review the itinerary (above) for detailed information about shuttle pickups and transportation logistics.
  • 60-60-30 Private Rideshare available for activities or misc trips as needed. Each should be available from around 9:00AM to 1:00AM throughout the weekend.

    • Please mix and match appropriately so one doesn't get overloaded.
  • Airport transfers: If you indicated that you required a ride on the activity form, we're coordianting rides.
    • Please look out for an email indicating your ride pickup, driver information and timing from Tayor (taylor@bwoodrivermgmt.com).
    • The Limelight Hotel provides complementary airport transfers as apart of your stay. If you're staying at the limelight, please contact them directly to coordinate a pickup: (208) 726-0888
    • If you did not receive an email (should have gone out Monday, August 11th) regarding your pickup, please contact Taylor ASAP to coordinate: taylor@bwoodrivermgmt.com or call (208) 720-6672

    • Thursday Welcome Dinner: Idahoan Casual

    • Friday Restaurant Dinner: Mountain Chic
      Mountain Chic captures the sophisticated side of alpine living, combining luxury lodge aesthetics with contemporary fashion sensibilities. This style draws inspiration from upscale ski resorts and mountain retreats, emphasizing rich textures, cozy layers, and refined outdoor-inspired pieces that look equally at home in a mountain cabin or an urban setting.     • Saturday Barn Party: Western Flair
      Western Flair offers a contemporary approach to incorporating classic ranch and rodeo elements into everyday style, adding just the right amount of cowboy-inspired details without going full Western. This style is about strategic accent pieces and subtle nods to Western heritage that can elevate any outfit with authentic American charm. The approach allows you to experiment with Western aesthetics while maintaining versatility for various social and professional settings.
  • Activity Gear:
    • Fishing: Casual outdoor clothing, sunglasses, hat. The guide service will provide fishing waders, rod, reel and other equipment needed for the river.
    • ATV: Whatever you're comfortable riding in for a few hours
    • Mountain Biking: Athletic wear, bike shorts (if you have them)
    • Horseback/ATV: Long pants, closed-toe shoes, layers for mountain weather
  • Weather: Mountain weather can change quickly - bring layers!

  • What if I miss a shuttle? Please use our own private 60-60-30 rideshare! - contact Riley or Adele.
  • Can I bring a plus one to activities? Unfortunately, you cannot. Activities were booked for specific numbers based on initial interest
  • Is there parking at 140 River Street? Yes, there is street parking in and around 140 River Street
  • What happens if weather affects activities? We'll come up with suitable alternatives
